Believe it or not, you can work your abs while standing. For those days, when you don’t have a yoga mat, you can try the following exercises.
The Steam Engine: This is a great example of an abdominal exercise, that you can perform while standing.
Front Kick: The front kick works your hamstring muscles along with your abs. To really work your abs in this move, hold the leg up for 1 second with each kick.
