These work outs are extremely effective, based on latest exercise techniques, will give you results in no time.
A fantastic combination of running, interval training, isometric, plyometrics and many other exercises for core strengthening, stamina building, fitter heart and weight loss.
Boot Camp days: Monday-Wednesday-Friday
Venue: Lodhi Garden, New Delhi
2 Time Slots: 7:00 am-8:00 am and 5:00 pm-6:00 pm
Cost per head: Rs 4000 per month
Group size-5-8 people.
