Introduction

Fitho began in 2008 when co-founders Dhruv Gupta and Prachi Agarwal decided to pursue their passion for fitness. In the past half a decade most common party or any social get together conversation has mostly been about people trying to lose weight or grappling with one obesity related health problem or the other. Today we live in an age of information overload thanks to the internet google for most people have the answer for everything. But the question always remains whether the information is relevant, accurate, customised and actually effective. With easy access to internet invariably people  go online to seek ways to lose weight but like they say that there is no size that fits all, similarly no same set of rules apply to everybody losing weight

History

Fitho started as an effort to raise awareness and share information on a healthy lifestyle with people through the medium of internet that is most easily accessible by millions. It started as a website in 2008. Soon the website gained popularity and the subscribers encouraged us to go offline with the weight loss and fitness services. In 2009, we decided to start the service of personalized health & fitness plan. In 2010 the first office of Fitho was opened and first 4 employees were hired. Within a year, our clients grew organically and now are spread all over India and in 17 countries. Our website is accessed by people sitting in over 200 countries.
