    thanks thanks thanks….i was so much lookin forward for such tips.. these seem to be very useful..i have heared abt somthing which helps us decrease weight naturally..My friend`s wife had put on weight after pregnancy. But recently she reduced her weight, my friend did not say what she was doing for it. It was later on that he told me about this.
