Wheat Gem Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

Banana: 1 ripe
Low fat vanilla yogurt: 1 cup
Orange juice: 1/4 cup
Wheat germ: 1/4 cup
Ice: 1 cup, cracked
Peaches/ banana: 1 cup, sliced

Method:

1. Blend banana, yogurt, peaches, orange juice and wheat germ in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Add cracked ice and again blend until smooth.
3. Garnish with peach or banana slices and sprinkle 2 tsp. wheat germ on top.
4. Serve.
