Three bean Salad Recipe
Cooking Time: nil
Kidney beans (rajma): 1/4 cup, boiled
White chick peas (Kabuli chana): 1/2 cup, boiled
Green Beans: 1/2 cup
Spring onions: 2, chopped
Tomato: 1, cubed
Iceberg lettuce: 1 cup, torn into pieces
Tomato ketchup: 1 tsp
Olive oil: 3 tbsp
Dried oregano: 1 tsp
Salt: to taste
Freshly ground pepper: to taste
Blend all the ingredients together and refrigerate to chill.
1. Combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl and toss well.
2. Chill for at least 2 to 3 hours.
3. Just before serving, toss the dressing in the salad.
