Sweet corn kernels: 2 cups fresh
Low fat milk: 1 cups
Water: 7 cups
Corn flour: 2 tbsp
Salt: to taste
1. Combine the milk, water and sweet corn, and boil until corn is cooked (could be 5-12 minutes depending on freshness of corn)
2. Take a little of the cooked sweet corn, about half a cup, and blend it mildly
3. Pour it back into the mixture and boil again.
4. Mix the corn flour in half a cup of water, salt and add it to the boiling soup.
5. Serve hot.
