Ingredients:
Sweet corn: 3 cups,boiled
Spring onions: 1/3 cup chopped with greens
Capsicum: 1/3 cup,chopped
Tomato: 1/3 cup,chopped
salt: to taste
Freshly ground black pepper powder: to taste

Method:
1. Mix Sweet corns, onion, capsicum and tomato well.
2. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on top of it.
3. Serve with any low fat dressing sprinkle on top of it.
