Sunshine Recipe

Serves: 3

Ingredients:

Carrot: 1, chopped
Pineapple juice: 2 cups
Apple: 1/4 cup, chopped
Banana: 1/2
Salted nuts: 1 tsp
Cucumber: 1/2, unpeeled and slice,
Lemon: 1/4 small
Orange segments: 1/4 cup
Raisins: 1 teaspoon
Green pepper: 1 square piece
Coriander leaves: Few
Ice cubes
Salt: to taste
Mint leaves for garnishing


Method:

1. Blend pineapple juice and chopped carrot in a blender.
2. Add ice cubes and other ingredients to the blender and blend again.
3. Continue to blend until a smooth liquid is formed.
4. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
