Ingredients:
Kiwi: 4, peeled and chopped
Cucumbers: 2
Ginger: 1/2 inch
Crushed pepper: to taste
Salt: to taste
Celery sticks: 2
Ice: 2 scoops, crushed
Water: 1 cup
Sprouts: to garnish
Method:
1. Chill kiwi for 1 hour.
2. Blend crushed ice and water in a blender.
3. Add the fruits in the blender and blend for a minute.
4. Pour into tall glasses and garnish with sprouts.
