Sesame Chicken Celery Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

Sesame seeds: 4 tsp, toasted
Chicken breasts: 3
Five-spice powder: 1 tsp
Soy sauce: 2 tsp
Celery: 3 stalks
Ground ginger: 1/2 cup
Sesame oil: 4 tsp
Olive oil: 4 tsp

Method:

1. Place water and chicken in pan on medium heat. Make sure chicken is well covered with water.
2. Add spice powder and soy sauce before bringing to boil. Simmer over low fire, covered until chicken is cooked.
3. Now cut the chicken into slices.
4. Chop celery diagonally and boil in chicken broth for a minute and towel dry celery to remove excess moisture.
5. Combine rest of ingredients and mix well with chicken and celery. Serve with sesame seeds.
