Refreshing Aam Panna Recipe
Cooking Time: 5-7 minutes
Raw mangoes: 1/2 kg, peel and washed
Sugar: to taste
Black salt: to taste
Cumin seeds powder: 1/2 tsp
Mint leaves: few
1. Cut mangoes into pieces.
2. Boil mangoes along with seeds in a pressure cooker and boil for 5 minutes.
3. Let it cool and then strain.
4. Add sugar, salt and jeera powder.
5. Let it cool in fridge.
6. Serve chilled and garnish with mint leaves.
