Rajasthani Lamb Legs Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
lamb legs: 500 gram
Cloves: 6
Cinnamon stick: 1/2 inch
Black cardamom: 2 cracked
Black peppercorns: 6-8
Dry ginger: 1
Turmeric root: 1
Olive oil: 2 tbsp
Onion: 1, chopped
Salt: to taste

Method:
1. In a pan boil lamb legs with cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, peppercorn, ginger root and turmeric root on medium-high heat for 1 hour.
2. Keep aside to cool down and then strain the liquid into a bowl.
3. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions, lamb legs liquid, salt and bring it to boil.
4. Serve hot.
