Ingredients:
Cucumber: 1 large
Tomato: 1 large
Onion: 1 large
Fresh parsley: ½ bunch
Lemon Juice: 2 tsp
Olive oil: 2 tsp
Salt: to taste
Method:
1. Dice cucumber, tomato and onion.
2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
3. Refrigerate for half an hour before serving.
