Ingredients:
Paneer: 300 gms
Chilli powder:1 tsp
Ajwain: 1 tsp
Hung curd: 1 cup
Garam masala: 1/2 teaspoon
Chaat masala: 1/2 teaspoon
Red color: a pinch
Method:
1. Cut paneer into large pieces and keep aside.
2. Mix all the ingredients into a paste.
3. Coat the paneer pieces with it and refrigerate for 2 hours.
4. Pre-heat the oven at 230 degrees and cook paneer on convection mode at 200 degrees for 12 minutes.
5. Sprinkle juice and chaat masala and serve.
