Ingredients:

Low-fat milk: 1 cup
Orange juice: 1 cup
Banana: 1 medium,  cut into pieces
Oatmeal:  1/2 cup
Ice cubes: 3-4

Method:

Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and serve.
