Splenda: 3 tbsp
Cocoa : 3 tbsp
Skim milk: 2 cups
Peppermint extract: 1/4 tsp
1. Combine splenda and cocoa to small saucepan and blend with whisk.
2. Now, gradually add milk to cocoa mixture and whisk until blended.
3. Cook over medium-low heat until thoroughly heated.
4. Stir in the peppermint extract and serve immediately.
