Ingredients:
Sprouted moong: 200 g, lightly steamed
Rice bubbles: 3 cup
Corn flakes: 1 cup
Chick peas or grams: 1 cup, boiled in water to make them soft.
Tomatoes: 2 , chopped
Cucumber : 1, chopped
Onion: 1, chopped
Ginger root: 1 inch, chopped
Green chili: 2, chopped
Rice crackers: 5-7
Lime juice: 3 tspn
Red chili powder: 1 tsp
Salt: to taste
Mint leaves: 15-20, chopped.
Black pepper: 1/2 tsp, powdered
Cumin seeds: 1/4 tsp, powdered
Method:
Mix thoroughly all the ingredients in a bowl and serve immediately.
