Ingredients:
Grape juice: 1/3 cup frozen, concentrate, thawed
Banana: 1,peeled and sliced
Milk: 1 cup
Ice cubes: 1/2 cup

Method:

1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
2. Chill and serve.
