Fruit Veggie Mix Drink Recipe

Ingredients:

Spinach: 2 cups, chopped
Carrots: 1 cup, chopped
apple juice: 1 cup
Ice cubes: 4

Method:

1. Blend apple juice and spinach in a blender.
2. Add carrots and banana and mix well.
3. Add the ice cubes and more juice if necessary and mix until smooth.
4. Serve in a glass.
