Fruit Chaat Recipe

Ingredients:

Plateful of fruit pieces of your choice( cut bite size; can include :

  • 1/4 cup papaya cubes
  • 1/8 cup pineapple cubes
  • 1/2 cup apple cubes
  • 1/8 cup banana cubes
  • 1/4 cup watermelon cubes
  • 1/4 cup musk melon cubes
  • 2 medium slice mango
  • 1 amla

Chaat Masala
Salt:  to taste
Lime juice: few drops

Method:
1. Arrange the fruit pieces on the plate.
2. Sprinkle chat masala, salt. (remember chat masala contains salt)
3. Add a little lime juice if preferred.
4. Serve immediately.

Note: As a snack take only a cup (130-150 gm) of fruit chaat.
