Fish Kabab Recipe

Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Serves: 5

Ingredients:

Boneless Fish: 2 lb
Low fat yogurt: 1/2 cup
Sliced Onions: 1/4 cup
Garlic paste: 1 tsp
Ginger paste: 1 tsp
Red chilies: 10, Ground
Salt: to taste
Garam masala: 1 tsp
Olive oil

Method:

1. Fry the sliced onions in oil and remove. Drain the excess oil in paper towels and set aside.
2. Clean the fish and cut them into small pieces. Rub them with 1-tsp salt, garlic paste and 2 tablespoons of yogurt and then wash thoroughly.
3. Marinate them with the remaining yogurt, ginger paste, garam masala, ground chilies, salt and fried onions for an hour.
4. Soak the wooden skewers in water for some time and take them out.
5. Then skew the marinated fish in it. Brush oil on the fish pieces.
6. Now grill them until brown. Brush the remaining marinade half way through the cooking.
7. Take them off the skewers and serve hot.
