Fish in Mustard Sauce Recipe
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
Fish: 300 gm, diced
Mustard Paste: 2 tbsp
Ginger Paste: 1/2 tsp
Green Chili: 4
Black cumin seeds: 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
Tomato: 1 medium, chopped
Olive oil: 4 tbsp
Salt: to taste
Coriander leaf: 1 tbsp, chopped
Method:
1. Marinate fish in a bowl with salt and 1/4 tsp turmeric powder.
2. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan and stir fry fish over low heat and keep aside.
3. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in the same pan and add black cumin and green chili and fry over low heat for few seconds.
4. Add tomato, mustard paste, ginger paste, 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder, salt and stir fry for 10 to 15 seconds over medium heat and add water.
5. Now add fish. And cook for 5-7 minutes over medium heat.
6. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaf. Put lid on and remove from heat.
7. Serve hot.
