Serves: 2

Ingredients:
Eggs: 4, scrambled
Onion: 1, chopped
Green chilli: 2, chopped
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Tomato: 1, chopped
Black pepper: 1 pinch
Flour: 2 tbsp
Water: 1/2 cup.
Olive oil: for frying


Method:


1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl to make a batter. The batter should not be too thick or too thin.
2. Pour onto the preheated griddle. Cook for about 90 seconds. Flip and continue to cook another 1-2 minutes on the other side.
3. Continue until all of the batter is used. Pancakes should be golden brown.
4. Serve hot with sauce.
