Ingredients:
Apples: 2 medium, chopped
Banana: 1 medium, sliced
Sunflower seeds: 1/3 cup
Grapes: 1/4 cup, halved
Celery: 1/4 cup
Low fat yogurt: 1/4 cup

Method:

1. Combine apple, banana, sunflower seeds, grapes and celery in a bowl.
2. Add yogurt and mix well.
3. refrigerate to chill before serving.
