Ingredients:
Chicken breast meat: 160g, sliced
Lettuce: 50g, torn to smaller pieces, rinsed and dried
Carrot: 50g, finely shredded
Cherry tomatoes: 4-5, halved
Corn niblets: 40g
Fore Dressing:
Wholegrain mustard paste: 3tbsp
Honey: 1 tsp
Low fat hung curd: 2 tbsp
Fresh black pepper: a pinch, cracked
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until it becomes a paste.
Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Sprinkle the dressing and toss well.
3. Serve.
