Ingredients:
Broken wheat (dalia): 1/2 cup
Carrots: 1/4 cup, finely chopped
Tomatoes: 1/4 cup, finely chopped
Capsicum: 1/4 cup, finely chopped
Mint leaves (phudina): 1/4 cup, chopped
Spring onion greens: 1/4 cup, chopped
Lemon juice: 1/2 tsp
Salt: to taste
For Dressing:
Low fat curds (dahi): 1/2 cup, whisked
Garlic (lehsun) paste: 1/4 tsp
salt: to taste
Mix all together into a dressing.
Method:
- Soak the bulgur wheat in hot water for 15 to 20 minutes. Drain and discard the water.
- Mix together all the ingredients and refrigerate till required.
- Add the dressing, toss lightly and serve immediately.
