Ingredients:
Avocados: 3 ripe, chopped medium to small pieces
Tomatoes: 3 chopped medium sized
Cucumber: 1 large, chopped
Cilantro: 2 tbsp, finely chopped
Anaheim pepper: 1tbsp, uncooked and finely chopped
Jalapeno pepper: 1tbsp, uncooked and finely chopped
Scallions: 2, chopped
White vinegar: 1 tbsp
Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
Salt: to taste
Black pepper (kalimirch) powder: to taste
Method:
- Combine all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Sprinkle fresh lemon juice, white vinegar, salt and black pepper on top of it.
- Garnish with Spanish paprika.
