Arabic Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
Lettuce: 1 cup torn into pieces
Cherry tomatoes halved: 1/2 cup
Cucumber cubes: 1/2 cup
Green olives: 5
Black olives: 5
Mint leaves (phudina): 1/2 cup chopped
For Dressing:
Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
Pomegranate (anardana) powder: 1/4 tsp
Salt: to taste
Black peppercorns (kalimirch): 1/4 cup
Red chilli flakes (paprika): 1/4 cup,dry
Coriander (dhania) seeds: 1 tbsp
Cinnamon (dalchini): 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds (jeera): 1 tbsp
Cloves (laung / lavang): 1 tbsp
Nutmeg (jaiphal): 1 tbsp
Dried ginger (soonth) powder: 1 tbsp
Cardamom (elaichi): 1 tbsp
Method for Dressing:
Combine all the ingredients in a jar. Cover the jar and and shake vigorously to blend.
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Sprinkle the 2 tbsp dressing on the top of it and serve.
