Pineapple: 1/2 cup, crushed
Papaya: 3\4 cup, deseeded and diced
low-fat Milk: 1/2 cup
Banana: 1
Method:
1. Combine all the fruits in a blender whirl until smooth.
2. Add milk and blend till all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
3. Add ice cubes and serve
