Squats

Squats works your Thigh. Squats can be easily performed at the comfort of your home, without any gym equipment. Watch the video and know how to perform the Squats.

How to perform squats:
1) Track your knees over the feet.
2) Bend back like sitting position. Your knee joint is like a door that moves on its hinges or like your elbow joint.
3) Stop at bottom, when your thighs lightly come into contact with your calves.
4) Come back to the starting position.
5) Do 3-5 sets of 15-20 repetitions each.
