Chest Exercises
Chest Muscle (Pectorals): The pectoralis major, a thick, fan-shaped muscle, situated at the chest (anterior) of the body. It makes up the bulk of the chest muscles in the male and lies under the breast in the female. Underneath the pectoralis major is the pectoralis minor, a thin, triangular muscle.
Building chest muscle is not that difficult, if you work on the right kind of exercise. A well developed chest will make your upper body look better. Chest muscles can make you look more powerful and confident.

Push up is the first and the primary exercise & movement to build the chest muscles. Fly machine exercises and bench exercises are best exercises for building chest muscles and to have well-muscled chest and excellent appearance.
Use different modalities of these exercises like different angles are good, so continue flat, incline and decline movements.
Allow your body to recover and build muscles by taking rest-make sure at least 7 hours of sleep. Working out the same muscle everyday will do you no good. Do not strain yourself too much.
