Chest Muscle (Pectorals) : The pectoralis major, a thick, fan-shaped muscle, situated at the chest (anterior) of the body. It makes up the bulk of the chest muscles in the male and lies under the breast in the female. Underneath the pectoralis major is the pectoralis minor, a thin, triangular muscle.
Building chest muscle is not that difficult, if you work on the right kind of exercise. A well developed chest will make your upper body look better. Chest muscles can make you look more powerful and confident.
