Rocky Balboa as a boxer in movies is probably as famous as mohamud ali in real life but to make the character look real he went through a rigrous physical training and on an expert nutrition chart to show some real muscle and power for the role. (The muscles were for real:) He worked on a two day double split plan working chest, back, shoulders, arms and abs on Monday, wednesday and friday. The rest alternate days were for legs, traps, abs and other muscles. The muscle gain was tremendous that gave admirable body of Rambo, rocky etc. The plan is intense and advanced and need a fit body and will to achieve this level of fitness.
He was precise at his meal timings and followed his chart with dedication with saying ’absolutely no’ to snacks and didnt eat much expect his daily requirement. He stayed away from alcohol and ate plenty of fish and some brown rice. He had the will power and was capable of traing this hard made him reach his goals.
The actor is consistent with his fitness and works hard for his goals. We are not suggesting you get a body like Sly’s but you can take some inspirtaion and admiration for his courage and dedication to be fit in our own senses. High level of fitness gives you the confidence in life to live it with a little more excitement and stay healthy as well. Go slow but be consistent. Start again if you fail. Belive you can do it. Eat healthy and nutritious. Set small targets, eventually you will reach them in no time. If you can not do it, dont regret.
