Question from Brijesh: I have really serious problem. see, before 4 year i joined an engineering college out of my town. at that time i was 116 kg heavy. right now i am on 90 kg. lost almost 26kg with dieting, exercise and sports. Before 4 years my waist was 44 and now it is 36. now i have finished my engineering and again i am at home. and problem has started. i didnt take good food and not even on time when i was in college. but now a days at home so used to take food almost 3 times in a day. i am getting hungry too than usual college days, and even i have started taking time to time meal my weight is increasing rapidly. i have gained 5 kgs in only two weeks. so that is the problem. when i start taking good and enough food my weight starts increasing. so it is a very serious problem and dont know even what is going on with my body and what to do with it. i want to know the actual problem and what is happening within my body. so please reply me what to do as soon as possible…. because i have lost 26 kg after so much tired some and hard work so dont wanna gain weight anymore now.
