The range of weight loss can be 3-5 kg per month based on a number of factors. What we aim is targeting fat loss, so you lose weight in terms of inches making the change more visible in a short span of time.

Q. Does your diet makes me starve or will I be told to just eat one kind of food per day?
Our diet plans are balanced scientific plans customized around your lifestyle. We don’t make you starve.
Q. Will I be allowed to eat carbohydrate while I am on your plan?
Our diet plan does not require you to completely eliminate carbohydrate. We will incorporate complex carbohydrate (good form) and reduce refined carbohydrate (bad form) in your diet.
Q. I love non-vegetarian food- will I be allowed to eat non-veg while I am on your plan?
Definitely yes, our diet plans are planned as per your personal choice still helping you achieve weight loss.
Q. Does following your diet means I can’t have dessert or chocolates ever?
Eating dessert doesn’t have to be taboo if you are trying to lose weight. You can have your favorite dessert & lose weight simultaneously. Whether its chocolate or cheese or ice cream or any indulgence- we will make sure we don’t deprive you of it

Q. Do I have to eat every two hours?

Alcohol provides empty calories and other side effects, but if you would like to, you can drink alcohol on the weight loss plan.
Q. Can I still eat at restaurants, and drink alcohol while losing weight?
Yes, you can! We help you lose the fat, not the fun! If there is anything you can’t live without, we won’t remove it from your diet.
Q. I have not exercised before; will I be able to exercise as per your plan?
Experts will be designing the workout program for you based on your current fitness levels and stamina. Exercise intensity is increased gradually as the program continues and based on weight loss performance.
Q. Do I need an exercise plan if I do 30 minutes of brisk walk daily?

Q. What if I don’t have any equipment for exercising?
Equipment free workout can be designed for you with minimal investment in equipments like a yoga mat, swiss ball, based on your requirements.
Q. Working out in the gym is big no for me, so can you still help me out?
We design exercise programs that can be done anywhere- home, gym, park, even office.
Q. How long do I need to exercise to lose weight?
Exercises planned for duration of 30 minutes to an hour based on your goals.
Q. How often do I have to exercise?
Based on your goal exercise plan would be designed for 3-5 days a week.
Q. Do I need to eat a special diet for diabetes?
The diet for diabetes is a balanced healthy diet, the same kind that is recommended for the rest of the population with some modifications to keep your blood sugar levels under control.
Q. Can I still have some sugar in my diet?
The diet for diabetes does not mean a ‘sugar free’ diet. Sugar can be eaten as part of a balanced, healthy diet without having a harmful effect on blood glucose control.
Q. Is it true that I shouldn’t eat bananas or grapes?
No. All fruit and vegetables are extremely good for you. They are high in fiber, low in fat and packed with vitamins and minerals. The portion control and carbohydrate spacing has to be a goal.
Q. Do I need to eat special diabetic foods?
There is no need for anyone with diabetes to eat special diabetic foods like cookies, chocolate, jelly/jam or sweets.
Q. Will I be put on a high-protein diet?
Studies have shown that eating too much protein, especially animal protein, may actually cause insulin resistance, a key factor in diabetes.
Q Since my sugar levels are high, will I have to completely cut out carbohydrates?
The key is to eat a balanced diet. The serving size and the type you eat are especially important for carbohydrates. Carbohydrate counting is being done for each meal.
Q. Can certain foods increase thyroid function?
Food that does not interact with thyroid functions are increased in the diet while foods which are interact are eliminated.
