      Please refer to the ingredient list. If it contains sugar, then you should avoid it.

      One thing of interest is that different types of honey have properties that improve your health in different ways. The darker honeys like buckwheat honey have strong antioxidant properties.

      Some research has shown that certain types of honey are good for wound healing.

      Some researchers from Penn State have recently shown that Buckwheat honey is better then the OTC children’s cough medicines for children’s cough. There is a web site that talks about this, and gives lots of research to help people understand how honey effects health.

      Hi,

      I started my weight-loss program since last threee month basically concentrate on belly fats to be burned.. so morning after brush take one glass “warm water” with mixing one “Lemon & honey” and drink as i heard, it helps to reduce fats… is it correct?

      its hard to to tell the difference just by looking, so its best to go with known brands, that provide pure honey.

      hi for honey also i am of the opinion though it has calorie but it has more benefits so a v imp health ingrediant u must use more often depending on which u r suggesting cut down many other things but for benefits promote more
