Papaya: Papain and Chymopapain are enzymes present in papaya which reduce inflammation in the body and is a good source of vitamin C and E which have natural anti-inflammatory properties.

Keep you blood sugar level in check as it increases inflammation in the body. Keeping away from high glycemic index foods and sugar help reduce inflammation. Have good carbohydrate and low glycemic index fruits to keep a check on inflammation.
