Dhruv is a fitness enthusiast & founder of Fitho. He stays fit by eating healthy, and working out regularly. He authored the book Losing It- Making Weight Loss Simple published by Pan Macmillan, which has been featured for health & fitness on NDTV, Men's Health, Hindustan Times, DD, and others. A graduate from University of Michigan, he previously worked with top Fortune 100 companies.
Prachi being the founder/CEO of FitHo is a well known health expert and co-author of the book "Losing It: making weight loss simple". She graduated in Psychology from Delhi University, did her Post graduation in Advertising & PR, a management course at IIM-A and has over 8 years of experience in marketing.
A reputed name in the healthy industry, Prachi regularly writes for leading dailies like Hindustan Times & Dainik Jagran. Her work has been covered on DD National, ET Now, NDTV , Hindu, Telegraph, Economic Times, India Today, Femina and Cosmopolitan.
